Information handled by the game

Neon Drones runs offline. This version does not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay analytics, advertising identifiers or location data. It has no advertising, analytics SDKs, real-money purchases, user accounts, cloud saves or social features. The Hangar uses gems earned through gameplay.

Best scores, gems, cosmetic ownership and equipment, mission progress, challenge records and medals, and audio/effect preferences are stored on your device. The game does not send them to the publisher or other parties.

Retention and deletion

Local progress and preferences remain on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Android backup is disabled for these values. Use your device's app-storage settings to reset progress. There is no remote game account or profile to delete, and no cross-device restoration.

Sharing and security

The game does not sell or share your local game data or send it to a server. This version requests no Android permissions. Device security and operating-system behavior remain under your device's controls.

Support messages

If you email us, our email providers handle the correspondence. We receive your email address and any information you include and use it to respond to and resolve your request. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive identity documents.

Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after resolution, unless a longer period is needed for legal obligations or a dispute. You may request deletion through our contact email, subject to those obligations.

Children and audience

The game is intended for ages 13 and older. It does not request ages or personal information through gameplay. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support correspondence, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy if the game's data practices change. Questions or privacy requests: hollowtorchgames@gmail.com.
